"Textbook Purchasing Information"
In making available the Bookstore textbook list on this website, the Bookstore cannot and does not guarantee that the books we have listed will actually be the books for any given course and section - the individual instructors can and do make final decisions about course book usage and changes and errors do occur.
If your course and/or section is not listed, the Bookstore has not yet received a request from the department for course materials for that course.
Though "Used" and "New" may both be reflected as options when you place your order, if your preferred choice is not available at the time of picking, we will substitute "New" for "Used" or "Used" for "New" as appropriate. You will have the option of designating "No Substitution" for any book ordered. "No Substitution" means No Book will be picked if we do not have your desired cloice. You will be charged for the type of textbook ("Used" or "New")pulled.
We are dedicated to bringing you the best pricing available for your text books. In order to do this we have several options:
Our textbook choices sometimes include "special purchase" books. These books are listed as optional, but they are the required textbook at a very reduced price. This is a great deal and your best price if available.
As an option, we also have a new rental website "www.clarionstore.rentsbooks.com". When you rent from our website the book will be shipped directly to you and if it is more convenient you can return the book in our store - no shipping back.
There are "ebooks" available for some classes. This option is a book in digital form and can be a cheaper option for the student. These digital books can be accessed on your desk top, laptop, or any web-enabled mobile device. In addition there are apps for iphones, ipads, and droid devices.
Book information can and often does change as time for the opening of the semester approaches. Use caution if you are using this book information to purchase books from another store. Research their return policy before purchasing.
The Bookstore guarantees purchases for our customers, but not for customers of other textbook stores. Review our Textbook Return Policy.
Course materials, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. This often occurs due to late changes in instructors for the course.
